Bug #232

Endpoint registration on the dongle

Has a patch:No Has license agreement signed:No

After a device is detected (after a restart of ZB4O, no dongle reset or flush), I try to subscribe to an attribute of the device.
ZB40 tries to register an endpoint on the dongle. When this endpoint already exists, the returned status is 0x8B. This leads to an IllegalStateException: Unable create a new Endpoint. AF_REGISTER command failed with -72:null.
For devices detected and subscribed for hereafter, the next (+1) endpoint is registered in a "normal" way.
This is related to bug #231 (Endpoints already registered can not be reused).
