Description
A device with DeviceID = 0x0003, is displayed as a "Unknown HA Device" in the Zigbee tester (Also see bug #225).
As this is a very common HA device, it should be added to the supported devices.
Associated revisions
Added support for Level Control Output HA Device ( refs #243 )
Changed the name and the list of the clusters supported by the devices, a leftover from copy paste from OnOffOutput class ( refs #243 )
