Considering that no clear and standard way is defined by ZigBee for "leaving" device, the ZigBee Base Driver should may use a statistical approach for counteract device that become unresponsive, moreover the statistical data could be useful for identification of communication issue caused by weak wireless channel.

We should also consider the use of Orphan message sent by the Network Layer
