The refinement driver should provide a refinement also for device with an unknown deviceId as long as the device belong to a ZigBee Profile known by the driver.
For example a GenericHADevice class which extends the HADeviceBase class, the new concrete class would not provide any facilitation method for accessing to the clusters class, but the user would access to them by using the generic method such as: HADeviceBase.getCluster(String). In this way, the developer will have a chance to exploit the benefit of zigbee.zcl.library.
